EA is continuing to ride the Super Bowl hype machine with their announcement to day of Madden 25. What is Madden 25 you ask? Well, it’s a new title in the long running Madden franchise, and it comes out August 27 of this year. That’s about it.
Personally I was hoping it was just a sim of actually being John Madden. It would be glorious. Traverse the country in your personal bus, write all over a live game using the Wii U GamePad or flailing about to do so with your Kinect, all while sputtering such insightful musings as, “Well ya see, they run with the ball because they call it a ‘running play’ and this guy wants to score cause that’s how a team can win. FOOTBALL!”
Either way, The Madden brand will be celebrating its 25th anniversary with this release, so I think we can expect great things.
